I went to this KFC today and I got some rude service from the checkout person. I got back to my place of residence and found a bubbly white clear substance in my gravy that remained as a whole and separate from the gravy as I rotated the cup around. I am certain that this substance was saliva. I called the restaurant and informed the customer service representative. They seemed amused by my call and said "We served the same gravy to everyone today and had no complaints, If you want next time you come in we will give you a free gravy". I filed a formal complaint with KFC Canada.

Always good! If you walk in asking for a big meal without calling ahead, expect a wait, because it takes a while to fresh-cook a large amount of chicken. Have to have the gravy!

twice now I have had the order messed up. I ordered and picked up for my bosses and they were going to give me original instead of spicy chicken. Then when I left I didn't think to check the bag and they forgot fries. The attitude is like it is your fault they screwed up. Last time I was there I paid for 3 drinks and they were only going to give me 2 and were going to argue with me.

Chicken was unnecessary oily

Chicken seems greasier than other places but still tastes good. Gravy is still delicious. Fairly quick service. Expensive though. $50+ just for a small bucket fries and sides.

I usually don't find KFC that good. Just eat it now and then to remind me how gross it is. But was in town for a few days for buisness and went here. Wasn't gross at all, food was good, staff were friendly. Next time I'm in Fort St John I'll be coming back.

KFC in Fort St John is gross gross gross! Why can't you be like every other KFC and cook your food properly. Ordered a few times here and I have never had food this bad. I like how other locations make it, but not here in Fort St John. Even had a disgusting uncooked Big Crunch chicken burger awhile back it was completely raw in the middle. The fries are usually pretty good when they are spot on and fresh. The chicken always seems to taste really oily and bland, same goes for the popcorn chicken. Very disappointing.

Love the Chicken Bowl meal. Meal, Drink & Cookie for 5.25$

I rarely eat here, but the food is generally good. I like the chicken bowls. The drive through is generally pretty slow.

It's hard to give this particular KFC great marks. Sometimes it's spot on, but just as many times it not. You'll get chicken that you can tell had been in the warmers forever or cold fries and then you'll get things that are amazingly fresh and tasty. The staff is great and friendly though so that's a plus.

Sorry but walked into the restaurant and the smell was so nasty 🤢 no way were we going to order food !

Drive through receives a lot more attention than the restaurant which is often empty.

My last visit went well drive through pock up was quick and courteous

KFC is one of those things that you think you want until you have it

If you want fried chicken drive to Edmonton and go to northern chicken. The difference is worth the price of gas and time.

Terrible service from KFC. Just ordered from them via Drivethru given us the incorrect items. It isn't difficult to follow an order.

It's difficult to give this specific KFC extraordinary imprints. Once in a while it's right on target, yet similarly the same number of times it not. You will get chicken that you can tell had been in the warmers always or cold fries and afterward you'll get things that are incredibly new and delectable. The staff is extraordinary and cordial however so that\'s an or more.

Good food, just watch out for hobos having death matches at the front doors

I made an order at drive through here in fort st John and I forgot to tell on the order that the big crunches I ordered to be plain it was busy I pull away ordering place and remember about plain big crunch so I walk up and the lady at pick up to make the big crunches plain it was no problem thank you

I was not happy with it. I ordered coleslaw with my take out order and when we got home, we found macaroni salad. Very disappointing. No one here will eat pasta. And not worth the gas to drive back.

All tym favorite. On the Highway 97 . 24 hrs service of food make it best. I love the nuggets

The chicken is tasty. Just make sure its cooked fully. Last time I got some, spent the next 48 hours within sprinting distance of the toilet. Both ends. Havent been able to go back. Loved the Big Crunch Sandwich but still leary.

The food here is very good compare to other branches.

Manager of this kfc(Susie) is super great and friendly and she is very polite, down to earth and helping..I like her way to say thankyou for my every little effort..Appreciate a lot
